Take a look below at some of our frequently asked questions and general 'good to knows' before your stay
From the 27th January, it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask indoors, so you and our Exclusive team have the choice on whether they would like to continue to wear a mask. Our spa therapists will continue to wear their masks or visors during treatments and we recommend guests do so too, for maximum safety during prolonged close contact.
We will be keeping in place our screens at reception, along with sanitising stations around the hotel and do ask you continue to demonstrate physical distancing where possible to keep yourselves, fellow guests and our team as comfortable and safe as possible.
