It's time to switch on your senses to the natural world around you and immerse yourself in the beauty and restorative power it holds. The Reeds help you to do just that.
Six lakeside lodges and two spa lodges, that bring together the best in modern luxury and sustainability, whilst living in harmony with the stunning surroundings of the lake and West Sussex countryside. Using biophilic architectural design to better connect you with nature, alongside innovative materials that are up-cycled, locally sourced or naturally derived. Oh, and of course we'll be offering guided sessions to introduce you to the wonders of wild swimming too, in the lovely lake you get to admire from your lodge.

Lakeside Lodges
Perfectly placed on the edge of the lake, our six lakeside lodges will feature an open plan, double height space which is fully glazed to make the most of the views. Two bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs give you choice or make this the perfect residence for a family to enjoy. With a terrace to enjoy lounging, dining or taking a bath in the great outdoors, and a whole range of modern features and natural touches inside the lodge, this really is luxury natural living.
Lakeside Spa Lodges
Our two lakeside spa lodges offer a place of paradise for couples. Set back a touch from the lakeside, your bedroom is located on the top floor for the best views out. With more space to relax and unwind, you'll also have your very own infra red halotherapy sauna. Designed to engage all of the five senses and promote wellbeing, just a few of the benefits include better sleep, detoxification, and relief to sore muscles and joint pain. Though we have 93 acres for you to explore, you may find it hard to leave this little natural haven.
