Our expert team of personal trainers are always at hand to help you achieve your goals and with a 24 hour personal training service, their advice and guidance can be tailored around your everyday lifestyle. There’s also a Junckers sprung exercise studio with a wide range of classes such as pilates, zumba and yoga - in fact there’s over 50 classes to choose from!

Classes are available to spa members, hotel residents and spa day guests, a fitness class is a fun and interactive way to keep fit and feel motivated. Whether your personal goal is training for a specific discipline, aspiring to loose weight or simply to look great for a special occasion, a fitness class from our varied timetable offers the perfect support. Mywellness for Members

Member have access to the innovative ‘Mywellness’ system, where pre-recorded classes, training programmes and past work outs can be saved and easily accessed at home, at work or even in the supermarket via your chosen Apple or Android device. The state of the art app will calculate a certain number of MOVEs per day, a measure of your daily amount of physical activity. Unlike the number of calories burnt, MOVE scores are independent of body weight so they are a much better and more effective way of analysing your activity levels. The result is a targeted weekly workout with increased motivation.
