Our stylish and vibrant Brasserie, awarded with 2 AA Rosettes, has been designed to offer guests an all-new interactive dining experience. High stools and tables sit alongside the mobile cooking stations and diners are encouraged to get involved in selecting their ingredients.

Our interactive dining experience
Head chef Daniel Lee has created a brand new menu for our interactive Brasserie. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are brought to life with contemporary and classic techniques. The relaxed cuisine features wholesome, fun, home-comforts and British classics, including rack of lamb, macaroni cheese as well as steaks cooked on the Inka Charcoal Grill.
The interactive mobile buffet stations offer fresh food that changes throughout the day, including a selection of artisan breads and pastries during breakfast, fresh salads and cured meats at lunchtime and a large selection of handmade made desserts and continental cheeses available during both lunch and dinner.
