The two AA Rosette winning Camellia restaurant offers mouth-watering dishes made with skill and flair by the Camellia brigade of chefs. Using fresh vegetables from the hotel's walled kitchen garden and the finest local Sussex ingredients, it has its own unique style in creating balanced, contemporary interpretations of traditional seasonal dishes.
Please note Camellia is currently closed. Upon reopening on 9th July, we have breakfast and a tasty new set menu to offer all day dining and dinner to our overnight hotel guests.
Bookings of 5 or more require a non-refundable deposit of £20. Our reservations team will be in contact after booking to take payment.
Sunday: 12.30pm with tables last seated at 3.15pm
Monday to Thursday: 7.00pm with tables last seated at 8.30pm
Friday & Saturday: 7.00pm with tables last seated at 9.30pm
The Camellia is laid out over three rooms giving the restaurant an intimate feel, enhanced with a traditional country house style of decoration with wooden panelling and luxury furnishings. In the summer months the restaurant is extended outside onto the beautiful terrace offering outstanding alfresco dining.
Children are welcome in The Camellia and a Little Lodgers menu, that might better suit their taste is available.
