New Year's eve stays
New Year’s Eve is such a special time of the year, for both reflection of the year almost passed, and of course celebration of starting the New Year and all the exciting things it has to offer.
It’s the perfect time to think about ‘time’ itself...how we spend it, what we want to do more of and achieve for ourselves and with loved ones. And whilst we’re sure quality time with friends and family will be high up on the list for everyone in 2021, following a year with much separation, why not start as you mean to go on, by celebrating the big night with your loved ones!

Visit The Spa for an afternoon of relaxation - open 7am to 7pm.
Choose a three course dinner in The Brasserie or a six course dinner with wine flight in Latymer* restaurant.
Delivered to your room before midnight - a tasty cheese and champagne hamper for you to see in the new year together!

Enjoy a late start with brunch in The Brasserie
The Spa will be open from 7am to 7pm - why not book a treatment to help wash away all those 'after effects!' of a great night of celebration.
Guests checking out this day may use the spa until 2pm
Choose lunch and dinner at your leisure, charged as taken.
And after a great night's sleep and breakfast on 2nd January we will wish you 'bon voyage!' - unless of course you want to stay a little longer.
